    1. Live by the Pickett die by the Pickett. I should have bet you on that TD. A “good” team would be up by double digits right now.

  1. KP missed another open man in the end zone if he released quicker. Also red zone coaching is absolutely abysmal.

    Many players opting out also.

  4. Nice to hear Larry Richat put things in perspective: the panthers just gave up a 98 yard touchdown drive.

  5. How do you not score on 4 downs when your at the 2 yard line and then let GT go 98 yards for a TD. I mean its GT for gods sake. Run the stinking ball on 3rd & 4th down. I’m hoping like hell its gonna not end up as a 5-6 regular season.

      1. KP’s inconsistency is maddening for a senior. I don’t expect him to be Peyton Manning, but he is playing like Chelsea Manning

  6. Whatever happened to that MLB that started the season but got hurt? He sure disappeared. At least Baldonaldo came back..

  7. It seems as though pass plays require a lot of time to develop in our offense and that doesn’t work in the red zone.

  8. Pat had one opportunity to run the ball three times and kick a field goal. And he screws It up. Hail to pitt

  10. But you have to give him credit for letting Beville take the sack there at the end of the half, saving Picket for the second half – just genious.

  11. On the Bright Side (being a Pitt alum, one has to find some bright sides, right)……since our Offense can’t
score TD’s…..we should have NO trouble finding really HS Place Kickers.

  12. fg range….he will start on first down, matriculating the ball to the left hashmark to set up kessman

  13. Perhaps with a 16 point lead we, for recruiting purposes, could execute a few plays emphasizing the tight end.
Oh wait, we don’t have any.

  14. Pitt is a much better team than GT, they are their own worst enemy.

If they go to a Florida bowl I’ll host the tailgate.

  15. Bostick just not holding back tonight and I love it. “Running the ball well tonight. I don’t understand why you don’t try to run the ball with the lead, at least try to run it once”

  16. For rest of the game ….drinking game.

Everytime the Pitt’s coaches do something extremely stupid…gotta drink a shot of liquor.

Yeah I’ve gotten some texts from fans saying their staff are taunting fans. Cannot confirm on my end.

  19. Nice to see another team that can’t get out of their own way for once. Pitt might not even be winning if it wasn’t for these timely GT penalties

  20. I’m kinda surprised the ACC and GT allowed Pitt to wear out Blue/Gold ‘Union’ suits in
The Deep South….and then we have General Pickett…to kinda remind them.
The locals are getting a little testy…

  21. When is the last time Pitt Football played anything like a clean game?. No errs. No penalties
I think it was under Chryst

How many on here think we lose this by 1?

This is Pitt. What would you expect. I was only half baked when I said we had almost 6 thousand yards of offense and might lose. It’s more like 5 thousand yards.

  23. Say what you want about Pickett … we need to go find an old piece of scrap iron and mount it in a marble base and inscribe his name on it. And that’s a compliment

  25. 🤣🤣🤣 the running backs are all on the Pitt studios cam on the sideline doing some little routine and You see Andre Powell come over. Shut that down pretty quick.

  26. Happy for the emergence of the running game, but pissed that our genius coaches didn’t know they had better blockers on the roster until COVID showed them.

  27. Same old Pitt because what should have been an easy game came right down to the last minute.
The 6 points scored on 2 RedZone attempts in the 1stQ set the tone for the rest of the game. GTech has talent but they still have a long way to before they return to glory days.

What was up with that coach, he may have had a beef with the refs but what did Nard have to do with it.?
Looks like the fire Narduzzi crowd took the night off again.

  31. —Thought the GT Head Coach came off as a buffoon this game – and that was well before the post-game “handshake.”

—So how in the world did Goncalves sit the bench this season. Very disappointing.

Wouldn’t mind if Pitt skipped any bowl game. Always like to see them play, but with everything going on, I’d be fine with wrapping this season up.

    Go Pitt.

  32. I wouldn’t be too hard on the GT HC. It must be really difficult trying to be competitive there, and he has a tough job. Also, I saw some real hot dogging on the part of some Pitt players near the end of the game. He probably felt Narduzzi should have controlled it better, especially coming from a 5-5 team. I tend to agree with this.

  33. Believe the GT HC was so mad because of the refs. In the second half there were at least 4 calls that went Pitt’s way that were very questionable in my mind. I guess HC PN took some of his big money salary and gave the refs “Christmas bonuses”. Very good use of funds based on final score. If those calls aren’t made to extend Pitt drives the results may have been very different. Anyway, all the Narduzzi supporters can bask in the glory of a 6 & 5 record in the 6th year of Pat the great. Hey maybe next year we can achieve 7 & 5.
